Chun Leung Lee - Hong Kong

CHUN LEUNG LEE (HONG KONG) is a director, actor, producer and teaching artist. He has worked as a freelance actor and director in over 60 productions in different professional companies over the last 10 years. He is the co-founder of Come-On Theatre (1997 –2001) which actively created new works from playwright-actor-director based collaborations. He directed the musical, Sumo do, Sumo Don’t, an adaptation of an original smash hit Japanese Film by Masayuki Suo for Springtime Production (Commercial Theatre Company). His most recent popular success was Every Woman Has a Story, a collection of monologues, scenes and stand up comedy which is related to the identity of women in Hong Kong. Every Woman was re-run three times due to popular demand. ‘Indy’ has a very close working relationship with Sammy and Kitty Drama Opera (Commercial Radio Production) since 2001, and has directed The Summer on 19.5 Floor, Bill and Camp David starring Hong Kong Pop Stars, film actors and DJ’s.
